O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2014.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, which has been filed and is taken on record. It has been submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.20198 had already been enquired and by proceedings dated 03.10.2014, further action has been dropped.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he had not been served with such a communication. Hence, the 4th respondent is directed to communicate the proceedings dated 03.10.2014 to the petitioner,

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view that the petitioner's representation already been disposed of, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition, the present writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
