No. 57/2021 in O.S. No. 301/2006 pending on his file and to dispose the same within a time to be fixed by this Honourable Court. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 01/11/2022 and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in EP No.57 of 2021 in OS No.301 of 2006, with in a period of four months and the requisition letter dated 23/03/2023 in D.No.497 of 2023, submitted by the Sub Judge, Thirumangaam, this Court made the following order: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRP(MD). No.2004 of 2022 By an order dated 01.11.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the E.P.No.57 of 2021 in O.S.No.301 of 2006, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.497, dated 23.03.2023 with a request for further time to comply with the order dated 01.11.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.2004 of 2022.

3.Since this Court has granted interim stay in S.A(MD)No.40 of 2023, the order, dated 01.11.2022 of this Court in the above civil revision petition has not been complied with. Time is extended sine die. The learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam shall wait for further order in S.A(MD)No.40 of 2023.
