ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, as against the Electricity Board to remove the electric pole and stay wire erected in petitioner's patta land in R.S.No.733/5, Saradha Nagar, Parvathipuram, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the electric pole and the stay wire erected in the patta land of the writ petitioner have already been removed. The said statement is recorded. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition.

3. With the above said observations, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
