ORDER

While the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that there is no instructions from the Petitioner to prosecute the matter, it is represented by the Learned Counsel for the Sixth Respondent that tax is collected from the Petitioner and his family members for the past five years for the Temple festival. They have made endorsements to that effect in the court record.

In view of the subsequent events after filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration, but if the Petitioner has any 2/4

other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
