Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to publish the number of posts of Computer Instructors allotted for the priority categories in the advertisement No. 07/2014 dated 13.10.2014 viz. Destitute Women (DW), Inter Caste Married (ICM) and Ex-Servicemen (DEX) under Rule 22 of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules in force at present and consequently appoint the petitioner as Computer Instructor in a Government Higher Secondary School under the control of the Director of School Education under Ex-Servicemen (DEX) priority quota based on the employment seniority from 12.04.2007.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to publish the number of posts of Computer Instructors allotted for the priority categories in the advertisement No. 07/2014 dated 13.10.2014 viz. Destitute Women (DW), Inter Caste Married (ICM) and Ex-Servicemen (DEX) under Rule 22 of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules in force at present and consequently appoint the petitioner as Computer Instructor in a 2/5
Government Higher Secondary School under the control of the Director of School Education under Ex-Servicemen (DEX) priority quota based on the employment seniority from 12.04.2007.
2. The writ petitioner has already filed another Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.4649 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 21.08.2019 dismissed the Writ Petition and has held that the petitioner is the dependent of the Ex-serviceman and not the Ex-serviceman herself. Hence, the quota was not applicable to her.
3. Moreover, the claim of the writ petitioner was already considered by an order dated 21.08.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD). No.4649 of 2015, hence this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 12.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Nsr 3/5
