The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to initiate action as against the fourth respondent, who was the Panchayat President at that point of time. The tenure of the Panchayat President has expired in the year 2016. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
