PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.12194 of 2018:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order in Roc.P2/24546/2017, dated 28.05.2018 and the consequential order in Roc.P2/24546/2017, dated 31.05.2018 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service within the time stipulated by this Court.
