ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 02.08.2022 to the respondents requesting them to survey her land in Survey No. 350/27B and 350/29, situated at Vilacheri Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that these types of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey, after issuing 2/4

notice to the adjacent land owners and conclude the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
