(MD) No. 13030 of 2021 dated. 09.09.2021 in Crime No. 314 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MADHU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.MB.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13030 of 2021, dated 09.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
