Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent relating to the orders in Letter No.59708/CMPC/2012-1, Finance (CNPC) Department dated 18.01.2013, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to fix the scale of pay of the petitioners 1 to 7 and 9 and that of the husband of eighth petitioner in the post of Assistant Driller in Ground Water Division in Public Works Department, at Rs.1400-2300 with effect from 01.06.1988 and at Rs.5000-6000 with effect from 01.01.1996 and to grant consequential monetary benefits of arrears of pay with 12% Compound Interest per annum.

This Writ Petition was posted for hearing on 08.03.2022. Since the petitioner was not represented by his Advocate, the case was posted for dismissal on 11.03.2022. On 11.03.2022 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the case was posted on 18.03.2022 for orders. Again on 18.03.2022, there was no representation, hence, the case was posted for dismissal on 30.03.2022. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution and there shall be no order as to costs.
