ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioners seek speedy disposal of the petition mentioned suit. The suit is more than 5 years old. The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India repeatedly held that suits should be disposed of within 5 years. 3.In these circumstances, the trial of the suit can very well be expedited. The Court below is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
