2.What is under challenge is merely the recommendatory proposal made by the Sub Collector, Sivakasi. The District Revenue Officer, 2/4

Virudhunagar is yet to take a call in the matter. Before the District Revenue Officer passes any order on the petition mentioned proposal dated 15.06.2015, the petitioner will be put on notice. After considering the petitioner's objections, the District Revenue Officer can pass final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
