Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the apprehension that he has to face enquiry even in respect of PRs., for which he has not been issued with the charge memo. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner was only issued with P.R.No.22 and nothing else.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader clarified that other 4 PR's referred to the impugned communication pertain to the co-delinquents and not related to the writ petitioner. It is once again clarified that the petitioner has to face enquiry only in respect of P.R.No.22. In view of the aforesaid clarification, nothing survives for further adjudication.
