PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no.207 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 23.06.2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 419, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.207 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused fabricated the forged documents and presented the same for registration. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the date of alleged occurrence, the petitioner went to the Sub Registrar Office in connection with some other matter.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner along with the other accused fabricated the documents and presented the same for registration. He further submitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioner and the investigation is going on.

5. A Perusal of records shows that the petitioner involved in the above said fabrication of records and presented the same for registration. Based On suspicious, the Registrar/defacto complainant made enquiry with the petitioner and the others, at that time, the persons fled away from the place. 6 .Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no previous case is pending against the petitioner and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- 2/3

(Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.3, Tiruchirappalli, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
