The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2014 in accordance with law and thereby permitting the petitioner to operate its account with the respondent Bank.

2.The petitioner had filed an affidavit dated 05.02.2023 stating that their grievance has been vindicated and nothing survives as on date. 2/4
