This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry without serving any notice and summons.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the third Respondent C.S.R.No.143/2022 was registered.

3.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
