This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to fence the property in S.No.1366/1A, Bodinayackanur Village and Taluk, Theni District forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents-1 & 2.

3.
