ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.4345 of 2021, dated 07.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the second respondent police registered the FIR in Crime No.1341 of 2021, dated 15.11.2021, for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 474 and 420 I.P.C., as against two accused persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the registration of the F.I.R., this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
