Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action, conducting enquiry to cancel the patta in SF Nos.150 and 154 of Vadaparuthiyur Village, Ottanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District and based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024 for considering the same and pass necessary orders within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider her representation dated 17.12.2024 and to take necessary action for cancellation of the patta in respect of the land situated in Survey Field Nos.150 and 154, Vadaparuthiyur Village, Ottanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides,

this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and the private respondents created forged documents, as if the subject property was taken over by the Government under the Land Ceiling Act and assignment was made in their favour. Therefore, the petitioner a submitted representation on 17.12.2024, seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of the private respondents and further action against the persons, who created forged documents. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that 'F' patta stands in the name of the private respondents and the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2024 and pass final orders on

its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, private respondents 4 to 8 and other interested parties.
