Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned detention order issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in Detention Order in M.H.S.Confdl.No.126 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022 in detaining the detenu under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely, Meenatchinathan, Son of Madasamy, Male, aged about 24 years, who is now detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, before this Court and set him at liberty.
