ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in Cr.No.2 of 2022 pending before the Inspector of Police, CCB, Tiruchirappalli city and quash the same as against the petitioners concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.2008 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C.
