2.Mrs.Praba 3.Mr.K.Saleem : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the lock and seal of the Shop No.F2 in P.P.Munusamy Commercial Complex belonging to the first respondent Municipality on 21.05.2018 as illegal and consequently, to direct the first respondent to enter the name of the petitioner for allotment of the Shop No.F2 in P.P.Munusamy Commercial Complex belonging to the first respondent Municipality instead of the name of Respondent No.3/the petitioner's partner, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
