ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the first respondent dated 04.05.2018, thereby directing the petitioner to remove the building which is endangered to the public.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The said notice has been stayed by this Court on 30.05.2018. Now, six years crossed and as such, the first respondent is directed to conduct a fresh inspection in respect of the subject building comprised in T.S.No.36, Block 6, Ward - C, Agraharam, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and others, if any and pass fresh order, depends upon the present condition of the stability of the building.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
