ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 436 of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.04.2023 at about 9.45 p.m, the petitioner said to have hurdled 3 petrol bomb on the defacto complainant's house. Hence the complaint.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 07.09.2023 and the matter has become infructuous.
