ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 127(2), 126(2), 109 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Cr.No.156 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of injury and considering the fact that the petitioner has got one previous case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
