ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.11.2014, in accordance with law.

2.The fourth respondent has filed a counter affidavit and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

"8. It is submitted that suppressing all those facts and about the statements, the petitioner filed the present writ petition is unsustainable and deserves to be dismissed. Any way the prayer in the writ petition is very limited to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2014. As stated earlier, the representation of the petitioner had already been considered and based on the statements given by the petitioner's husband and Alagulakshmi, the representation had already been completed and closed. Further, the appeal suit in A.S.No.13 of 2014 is pending with respective the same property between the petitioner and Alagulakshmi."

3.Recording the stand taken by the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
