This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed, to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P No.559 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021, thereby, dismissing the complaint seeking direction under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2.On perusal of the complaint, it is revealed that there is no averments to attract the offence, as alleged by the petitioner. Therefore, the Court below rightly dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner and this Court finds no illegality or infirmity in the order passed.
