Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Notification e.f.vz;.7145/2022m2 dated 23.08.2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondents to maintain status quo of the existing work of transportation of TASMAC liquors until fresh tender notification is issued as per the due process of law. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the fresh tender notification and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
