PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection based on the sale deed bearing Registration No.516 and 515, dated 25.07.2011, general power of attorney executed by the respondents 4 and 5 in favour of the petitioner vide document No.1608, dated 26.03.2024 and particularly in the light of hte proceedings of the Tahsildar bearing Na.Ka.No.000045/0178/2024/S, dated 21.09.2025 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
