2. The petitioner is employed as sales woman in the sixth respondent society. She has made serious allegations of sexual harassment against respondents 5 to 7. Contending that action has not been taken on her complaint, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the leaned counsel appearing for the private respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, FIR was registered and subsequently, it was closed as "mistake of fact" on 10.07.2015.

4. In these circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.07.2023 NCS : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PMU 3/5
