Respondents in both petitions Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the third respondent from harassing the petitioner by interfering into his administration of Kaudhul Aahlam Educational and Charitable Trust having office at No.6/34, Pallivasal Street, Pottalpudur, Tirunelveli District as well as his peaceful functioning of A1 Aleem Nursery and Primary School at Door No.10/366, Bismi Nagar, Pottalpudur, Tirunelveli District in capacity of Financial Trustee of the said Trust. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Anand For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bhrathi Government Advocate (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioners, there are the Financial Trustee and Managing Trustee, respectively of one Kaudhul Aahlam Educational & Charitable Trust. Based on the complaint given by one of the trustees due to the dispute between him and the trust, the third respondent police is harassing the petitioners. Hence, the present petitions have been filed.
4. Earlier notice has been ordered to the respondents.
5. Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one of the trustee, enquiry has been conducted and since the enquiry reveals that it is only a civil dispute between the parties, the complaint has been closed directing the parties to approach the concerned civil Court to redress their grievance and a copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.
6. Considering the fact that already the complaint has been enquired into and closed, no further order is required to be passed in these petitions and accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. Further the respondents are directed not to interfere with any of the civil dispute pending between the parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
