ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the election of the second respondent Union held on 07.10.2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that subsequent to this election, two more elections were conducted and two tenure has been completed. The matter has now becomes infructuous.

3. Hence nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Nsr 3/5
