Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The petitioner is the wife of the second respondent herein. She had initiated prosecution against him and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam in C.C.No.110 of 2020. The second respondent was employed abroad. In order to ensure that he does not flee from India, lookout circular was issued. There does not appear to be any meeting point between the petitioner and the second respondent for the present. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the learned Trial Magistrate is directed to conclude the proceedings in C.C.No.110 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date receipt of a copy of this order.
