Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.Nos.298/A4/2014 dated 20.10.2014, 03.02.2015 and 16.04.2015 issued by the second respondent r/w the consequential communication bearing Na.Ka.No.6251/A4/2011 dated 26.05.2015 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from effecting from the petitioner any recovery of amount representing the cost of the eight laptops stolen from the premises of the fourth respondent school on 21/22.07.2014.
