2.By virtue of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9937 of 2023, the respondent herein was directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of fifteen days, in pursuant of the order that has been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.8336 of 2023. Now, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even before the above said date of order, the petition was enquired and the petitioner also appeared, so also counter parties. The counter parties stated that they are ready to settle the issue. But, however, the petitioner insists that the entire amount of Rs.9,19,145/- must be paid by the counter parties.

After that this petitioner appears to have sent a letter to the respondent herein stating that he is not in position to appear before the respondent for enquiry because of his ailment and statement dated 06.05.2023 may be treated as further statement. But, reading of the closure report shows as if this petitioner agreed to receive Rs.4,00,000/- from the counter parties. Reading of the above said letter does not indicate the above said position. 3.Let the above said closure report be served upon the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. With the above said liberty, this contempt petition stands closed. 07.09.
