ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 and 3. None appears for the fourth respondent.

2.The petitioner is a chartered accountancy firm. They felt aggrieved by the appointment of the fourth respondent as chartered accountant for the respondent bank. The challenge has become infructuous. The appointment of the fourth respondent was only for the period from 2014 - 2017. The said period has already expired. Though the writ petition has become infructuous, no prejudice will be caused by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to adhere to the guidelines issued by NABARD from time to time.
