PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sub-divide and issue patta in favour of the Petitioner in respect of the property purchased by her under Settlement Deed dated 06.08.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court based on E-Challan dated 28.04.2023 and also by considering petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023. 1/5

O R D E R

With a grievance that the petitioner's application for grant of patta has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions submits that the petitioner has not enclosed the relevant documents. Therefore, the petitioner's application has not been considered. 3.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by referring the acknowledgment issued by the third respondent submits that when the petitioner applied for grant of patta through online, she has submitted all the relevant documents along with the application.

4.However, the learned Additional Government Pleader has disputed the same that the parental documents have not been submitted by the petitioner.

5.In view of the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to produce the relevant documents before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such production of documents, the third respondent shall take a decision on the application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from thereon. No costs.
