Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2015 and to secure the Ancient Jamin Property belongs to the Chockkampatti Village, Tirunelveli District and to take necessary action against the fifth respondent within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

None appears for the writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the official respondents to secure the properties of Chockkampatti jameen. It appears that the petitioner had some private dispute with the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent is also no more. The Tahsildar, Kadayanallur had given in writing that the property referred to by the petitioner is not existing on ground. In any event, these are private disputes and the State authorities cannot be dragged into the matter. 2/4
