This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to consider the representation of the petitioner for the remittance of the huge rent arrears and consequently, direct the respondents 4 and 5 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, whenever the petitioner enter into the Trust property in T.S.No.1767/1 and 1770/3 for old Survey No.384 2/4
bearing Door Nos.30 and 31, Kajiyar Lane, Vengalakadai Street, Madurai-1.
2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that as per the order of the civil Court, the sixth respondent has been evicted from the premises owned by the petitioner and handed over the vacant possession to the petitioner in respect of subject premises. Insofar as the arrears of rent is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court as against the sixth respondent.
3. Since it is a dispute between the parties, it cannot be decided in the Writ Petition. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscelleneous Petition is closed.
