representation of the petitioners dated 08.07.2025, within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to receive the balance sum of Rs.93,009/- towards the mortgage made by the petitioners under Document No.3689/2008, and to return the original sale deed in Document No.2019/1999 by executing a discharge receipt in favour of the petitioners, based on their representation dated 08.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that a sum of Rs.2,81,494/- is due and payable by the petitioners, and not Rs.93,009/- as claimed. It is further submitted that if the petitioners pay the aforesaid amount within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the respondents will issue No Due Certificate and return the aforesaid sale deed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the petitioners are permitted to pay the sum of Rs.2,81,494/- within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such payment, the documents furnished as collateral by the petitioners to the third respondent shall be returned forthwith.
