The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, family pension was sanctioned in favour of the writ petitioner in P.P.No.D3314232, dated 21.12.2015. As of now, the petitioner is receiving family pension and her grievances are redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
