Prayer in W.P(MD).No.11005 of 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner and consequently, pass appropriate orders for payment of salary to the petitioner with consequential service benefits in terms of the Government Order in G.O.No.726 dated 05.07.2013 issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare (ICA) by treating the petitioner as service candidate for the period spent for completion of post graduate course is Microbiology.

Prayer in W.P(MD).No.11006 of 2015 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to issue appropriate No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for the purpose of participating the counselling conducted by the 4th respondent for selection of Assistant Surgeon through special qualifying examination held on 22.09.2013 and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to conduct the oral test for the above mentioned purpose for the petitioner.
