ORDER
This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take criminal action against the 6th respondent for acts of impersonation while executing the Settlement Deed registered vide document No. 3298 of 2023 dated 30.05.2023 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Bodinayakanoor, Theni District by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.07.2025.

2.The official Respondents are not having any power to conduct enquiry, since Section 77(A) of the Registration Act has been stuck down by the Court. However, the official respondents are having power under Section 83 of the Registration Act to take criminal action. The respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 under Section 83 of the Registration Act and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the parties involved in the issue. 4.With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
