Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2014 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed produced before him by accepting the Registration Fee. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Sugadev For Respondents : Mr.K.Sathiyasingh, Addl. Govt. Pleader.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the sale deed presented for registration.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the document presented by the petitioner was not registered, since the petitioner did not submit individual patta with respect to the subject property. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that if the petitioner submits the individual patta, the document will be registered, if it is otherwise in order.

3. In view of the specific stand taken by the respondents, the petitioner shall produce the relevant revenue records before the respondents and take steps to get the sale deed registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
