ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 10.06.2025 and also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take necessary 1/4
action based on his complaint dated 10.06.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.440 of 2025 dated 28.06.2025 and it was closed on 10.07.2025.
3. This Court is unable to understand the fact that the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 has been registered only on 28.06.2025 and enquiry was also conducted in CSR No.440 of 2025. This attitude of registering the complaint of the petitioner after 15 days itself shows the manner in which the respondent has conducted the enquiry.
4. Since it is reported that the petitioner's complaint was closed on 10.07.2025, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
