Today, when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court, by order dated 18.10.2022, dismissed the Special Leave Petitions filed in SLP No.8785 of 2018 (etc) batch cases. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 18.10.2022 before this Court.
