PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent in proceeding No.O.Mu.B5/47163/14, dated 03.09.2014 within the time limit prescribed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, as per the proceedings of the first respondent dated 03.09.2014.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent conducted the enquiry, pursuant to the direction given by the first respondent and passed an order through proceedings dated 15.09.2015. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that in view of the order passed by the second respondent, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the copy of the proceedings dated 15.09.2015, has not been served on the petitioner. If this order has not been served https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.21189 of 2014 till date, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to serve the order on the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
