ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent.
2. The petitioner has attempted to stall the laying of the road on the land, 2/4
which is classified as 'Pathai' in the Revenue records. In case it is the case of the petitioner that on the patta land of the petitioner, the road is being laid, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court as this Court cannot entertain the disputed question of facts.
