RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT PRAYER : Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner by this Honourable court in Crl.O.P.No.15465 of 2021 order dt. 08/10/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15465 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 13.10.2021.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
