ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary action against the respondents 7 and 8 and to remove the encroachment of buildings made in Government land situated in Survey No.2870/15, Yadhavar Street, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2025 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, based on the written instructions of the 2nd respondent, would submit that survey was conducted and the revenue authorities identified the encroachments. Thus, the authorities competent will initiate all further enforcement action to remove the encroachment. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 7 and 8 would submit that patta lands are there. If so, the respondents 7 and 8 have to establish their civil right by approaching the competent Court of law. As far as the report of 3/6

the 2nd respondent is concerned, during inspection, based on the revenue records encroachments are identified. That being so, the official respondents are directed to initiate enforcement action and conclude the same by evicting the encroachment within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
